Marokopa Spring 500g:
collected from late September to November from the remote west coast settlement of Marokopa, south of the renowned Waitomo Caves. Here our bees forage on hill country wildflowers, clover and native bush such as Rewarewa, Kamahi and Heketara. Think of a delicate taste of toffee apples and candy, this honey is sweetness on a spoon. The sweetness is balanced beautifully with distinct herbaceous undertones and a silky smooth texture.

Marokopa Summer 500g  is collected from December to March from the remote west coast settlement of Marokopa, south of the renowned Waitomo Caves. Here our bees forage on hill country wildflowers, clover and native bush such as Rata. With a lovely butterscotch flavour and extremely smooth, velvety texture that melts in your mouth, this honey is a hit. Delicious!

Four Brothers Reserve 500g: derives its name from our apiary's location near the beautiful bush clad deviation linking Hamilton and Raglan. On the horizon, wind turbines produce renewable power while our bees gather nectar from pasture flowers, Kanuka and other natives. A soft buttery honey with a butterscotch taste with touches of pinenut and citrus and a brioche, butter, confit garlic and pear aftertaste. It has a soft and fine grained texture.

Hakarimata 500g:  is collected from the Hakarimata Range which forms part of the western rampart of the Waikato Basin. Nestled in the foothills, our bees feast themselves on the copious sources of nectar from native flowers above and pasture flowers below. Think dried prunes, ripe banana, this honey as a deep dark caramel taste leading into butterscotch with a thick and smooth texture.

Kirikiriroa 500g : Kirikiriroa is the Maori name for Hamilton. Sweetree are proud to bring you this honey from three Hamilton City Council iconic parks - The Hamilton Gardens, Hamilton Zoo and the Taitua Arboretum. Try at taste of Hamilton! This honey tastes of caramel, lemon pith with a vanilla Crème brûlée aftertaste aling with a thick and smooth texture.
